Documentations :
Documentation is offered on buyer’s request for assurance of quality of product and supplying only like commercial invoice, fumigation certification, heat treatment chart, quality assurance plan, packaging list, raw material test report, material traceability report.
Test Certificates :
Manufacturer Test Certificate as per EN 10204 / 3.1B, 100% Radiography Test Report, Raw Materials Certificate, Third Party Inspection Report.
Shipping Policy :
Our sales team will notify delivery schedules when quoting to you. Delivery time and delivery dates are based on the quantities and what types of products ordered. Please check with our sales department when placing any orders as on exceptional occasions the delivery schedule may change. Orders may take up to 5-10 business days in transit. If products are out of stock, orders may take up to 2-4 weeks to ship. Champak Industries will inform buyers if this situation occurs.
Marking and Packing :
All products are marked with lot no, size, grade, degree and our trademark. Products are packed to confirm that there is no damage during transit. We assure timely delivery of the product but subject to the availability of the stock. Additionally, to ensure safer shipping products are packaged in Wooden crates/pallets/boxes, Shrink-wrapped and Carton boxes. In case of export orders, standard export packaging is done in wooden cases and on special requests from clients, we can make custom markings on products.

02What is plasma cutting, and which materials can it cut?
Plasma cutting uses a high-temperature ionised gas arc to cut electrically conductive metals. It handles steel, stainless steel and aluminium and gives clean profiles, including in stainless and non-ferrous plate that flame cutting cannot cut. Send us the material and thickness and we will confirm.
03Can you cut hardened wear plate?
Yes. We have services for wear plate cutting and wear and abrasion steel cutting. Wear plates respond well to torch cutting and plasma cutting, and are cut by a team with experience in the material. Tell us the grade and thickness.
04What are wear plate lining and chute lining?
They are protective liners fitted inside chutes, hoppers, bins and similar equipment so that the equipment surface does not wear away. We make wear plate liners to approved quality and size them to your equipment, and we customise wear resistant lining to your application and layout.
05What are wear classifier and blade cutting services?
Classifier blades and similar wear parts are cut from abrasion resistant grades. We cut them from the plate to your drawing, from a single part to batch runs.
06What do I need to send for a cutting quote?
Send a drawing (DXF, DWG or PDF) or the dimensions, the material grade and thickness, the quantity, the delivery location and any edge or finish requirements. The more detail you send, the faster we can quote.
07Can you supply the plate and cut it to size?
Yes. We stock plates across wear resistant, alloy, structural, stainless and aluminium ranges and can supply them cut to your drawing, so the parts arrive ready to install.
08Which certificates and documents are provided?
We supply a manufacturer test certificate as per EN 10204 / 3.1B, a 100% radiography test report, a raw materials certificate and a third party inspection report. On the buyer’s request we also provide documentation such as the commercial invoice, fumigation certificate, heat treatment chart, quality assurance plan, packing list, raw material test report and material traceability report.
09What is the delivery time, and how are parts packed?
We give the delivery schedule when we quote, because it depends on the quantity and type of product ordered. Orders may take up to 5–10 business days in transit. If a product is out of stock, orders may take up to 2–4 weeks to ship, and we will tell you if this happens. All products are marked with lot number, size, grade, degree and our trademark. They are packed so that there is no damage in transit, in wooden crates, pallets or boxes, shrink-wrapped, or in carton boxes.
