We give the delivery schedule when we quote, because it depends on the quantity and type of product ordered. Orders may take up to 5–10 business days in transit. If a product is out of stock, orders may take up to 2–4 weeks to ship, and we will tell you if this happens.

Export orders use standard export packaging in wooden cases, with custom markings on request. We perform hardness, toughness, flaring, chemical, mechanical, impact, destructive, ultrasonic, strength and positive material tests. Products are visually checked for conformity to ASTM, DIN, ASME, MSS, EN and JIS codes and standards, and on demand official certified inspection organisations can witness the material reports, dimensions and quality conformity.
