Chemistry limits: EN 10083-2 sets chromium as a maximum of 0.40% (with limits on Cr + Mo + Ni) rather than a 0.20–0.40% range, and allows phosphorus up to 0.030% and sulphur up to 0.035%. The values above are tighter; state any limits you need on the enquiry.

Reading the table: The water- and oil-quenched figures (for example 2270 MPa and 58 HRC) describe C45 in the as-quenched state, before tempering, and plate is not supplied in that condition. EN 10083-2 gives minimum properties for the normalized (+N) and quenched and tempered (+QT) conditions, which fall as thickness increases. Order against the condition and thickness you need.
